Flash the 9.59 GB release ISO to your USB using Rufus.

- Download the ISO file via link above.
- Insert a 16 GB+ USB drive.
- Run Rufus on Windows host.
- Select USB and ISO, click START.
- Reboot PC and boot from USB.
